Launch a coin
01 / 07

Every coin gets a game.

Coincade is a launchpad where every Pump.fun coin ships with its own arcade cabinet: a real, playable game skinned with the coin's logo and colours, with leaderboards from the first run.

You give a coin a name, a ticker, a logo and one line about the game you want. The coin is created on Pump.fun from your own wallet, and the same moment its cabinet opens at /g/<coin address>. That page is also the coin's website on Pump.fun.

The pieces

Launch
Pump.fun create_v2, signed in your wallet. The creator-fee split is set in the same transaction and locked.
Cabinets
Eight arcade games built for this: Dash, Flap, Moon, Blast, Snake, Brick, Stack, Dodge. Your logo is the hero, your colours are the level.
Boards
Today and all-time leaderboards on every game, and one game of the day with a pot for the top wallets.
Pool
Pool coins send 100% of their creator fees to the Coincade pool: 30% to buyback of $COINCADE, 30% to new cabinets and servers, 40% to treasury and daily rewards. Split coins send 30%: 20% to buyback, 10% to treasury.

Launch a coin

What you provide

  • Coin: name, ticker (2–10 letters or digits), logo. Optional description, X and Telegram links.
  • Game: a sentence about the game. Coincade picks the cabinet that fits it, or you pick one yourself. Choose a difficulty and the title on the start screen.
  • Creator fees: 100% to the arcade pool (you earn 0% of creator fees), or 70% to your wallet and 30% to Coincade. You can't change it after launch.
  • Dev buy (optional): SOL you buy at launch, inside the creation transaction, so nobody buys before you.

What happens when you press Launch

  1. The cabinet is smoke-tested in your browser: 1,800 frames played by an autopilot.
  2. Your logo and metadata are uploaded. The coin's website is set to its game page.
  3. The transaction is simulated on Solana, then you approve it in your wallet. Usually that is one approval. When the transaction is too big for one standard Solana transaction (long names, a dev buy, the 70/30 split), a small address lookup table is created in your wallet first: two approvals that time, and later launches from the same wallet reuse it.
  4. Solana confirms. Coincade checks the launch on-chain: the coin exists on the Pump curve, its creator fees are routed through the fee-sharing config, and the split is the one you chose.
  5. The cabinet is built and goes live as v1.

Costs

About 0.016–0.03 SOL in network fees and account rent, plus your dev buy. Coincade charges no launch fee. Coincade never asks for a private key or a seed phrase: everything is signed in your own wallet.

Cabinets

Each cabinet is a small, fast game that runs in any browser, on phones too. The coin's logo becomes the player, the colours from the logo become the level. Every run is a fresh level.

Evolving a game

The wallet that launched a coin can publish new versions of its game at any time from the game page: switch the cabinet, change the difficulty, the title or the colours. Every version is listed in the build log. Scores stay.

Play & rewards

Anyone can play, no wallet needed. Pick a name and your runs go on the board. To compete for rewards, sign in with your wallet: one signed message, no transaction, no fee.

Daily challenge

Each UTC day has one game of the day: the most played cabinet of the last 24 hours, picked at the start of the day. At 00:00 UTC its board closes and the top 10 signed-in wallets share the pot:

#125%#215%#310%#4–58%each#6–97%each#106%

The pot is paid from the treasury within 24 hours. Every payout is listed on the rewards page with its transaction.

Fair play

Each run is started and finished on the server. A score that's impossible for the time played is rejected, and boards are reviewed before payouts. One wallet, one player.

Fees & token

Pump.fun pays creator fees on every trade of a coin. On Coincade those fees are shared through Pump's own fee-sharing program, set in the creation transaction and locked: nobody can change the split afterwards, including the launcher and Coincade.

Two options at launch

  • Arcade pool (default): you earn 0% of creator fees. 100% go to the Coincade pool.
  • Split 70 / 30: 70% to the launcher's wallet, 30% to Coincade (20% buyback, 10% treasury).

The pool

30%Buyback of $COINCADE.
30%New cabinets and servers: more games, hosting, RPC.
40%Treasury: daily rewards and the arcade's runway.

Buyback starts when $COINCADE launches. Until then the buyback share stays in the treasury.

Distributing creator fees from Pump to the shareholders is permissionless. Coincade runs it regularly, and anyone can check the pool wallet:

What stays untouched

Pump protocol fees, the bonding curve, migration to PumpSwap and your ownership of the tokens you buy. Only the creator-fee share is configured.

Security

  • Your keys stay in your wallet. Coincade never asks for a private key or seed phrase.
  • Simulated first. Every transaction is simulated before your wallet opens, so you see a real error instead of a failed send.
  • Checked on-chain. A game page is created only after the launch is verified on Solana.
  • Games are sandboxed. Cabinets run in an isolated frame with no access to the site, your session or your wallet.
  • Sign-in is a message, not a transaction. It can't move funds.

What is public

A coin's name, ticker, logo, description and links, its game and versions, leaderboards (names and shortened wallet addresses) and the activity feed. Nothing else about you.

FAQ

Do I earn creator fees as the launcher?

Only with the 70/30 split: 70% of creator fees go to your wallet. With the default arcade pool you earn 0%: all creator fees go to the Coincade pool. You choose before launch and can't change it later.

Can the creator-fee split be changed later?

No. It is written in the creation transaction and locked by Pump's fee-sharing program.

Do I need a wallet to play?

No. Anyone can play and get on the board with a name. A wallet is only needed for daily rewards.

How long does a launch take?

About 30 seconds: one or two wallet approvals, a few seconds for Solana to confirm, and the cabinet is live.

Why do I sometimes approve twice?

A launch with a dev buy or a 70/30 split doesn't fit in one standard Solana transaction. The first approval creates a small address lookup table that makes it fit; the second is the launch itself.

What is the dev buy?

An optional amount of SOL you spend on your own coin inside the creation transaction, before anyone else can buy.

Can I change my game after launch?

Yes. Sign in with the wallet that launched the coin and publish a new version from its game page.

Is this financial advice?

No. Coins launched here are memecoins with no promise of value. Play for fun, trade at your own risk.
